What is Reflexology? 

Reflexology is a science that deals with the principal that there are reflex areas in the feet and hands which correspond to all of the glands, organs and parts of the body. Reflexology is a unique method of using the thumb and fingers on these reflex areas.

About Carolyn

Carolyn has been practicing reflexology for 22 years and is a member of the Reflexology Association of Australia. She is trained in the “Original Ingham” method or reflexology and has completed numerous additional courses including Reflexology Lymph Drainage (RLD). Every client is important to Carolyn and she puts her "Heart and Soul" into each treatment to bring about better health.

What to Expect 

You won't need to undress for a reflexology session. Just take your shoes off, put your feet up and relax. Reflexology on the feet is not ticklish and a firm (not hard) pressure is effective. If a particular part of the body is out of balance, the corresponding reflex may feel sore during the treatment. Generally people describe any areas of tenderness as a ‘good pain’ which is both bearable and beneficial.
