What Results Can I Expect From The 8 Week Challenge?

Here in Townsville, at First Things First Wellness Centre, we have helped thousands of people lose weight and improve their health. Our clinic has been offering the Ketogenic Ultra Lite program for over 15 years with great success. 

Many people's first question is 'How much weight will I lose in 8 weeks?. On average our clients who follow the program will weigh 2-4kg less after their first week and lose 1-2kg each week thereafter. This totals to be up to 10-15kg weight lose in 8 weeks. Results are of course influenced by factors such as gender, age, compliance, start weigh, exercise levels and medical conditions. 

Weight loss on the scales is not always the most important indicator of progress. Our weekly appointments therefore include body measurements to track centimeter loss and a Bio-Impedance Test. This scientific test measures the composition of the body and tells us differences from week to week in body fat percentage, visceral fat, muscle mass, metabolic rate, hydration and metabolic age to give an overall picture of your health. 

Alongside weight loss our clients also experience many other health benefits. Within a few days people will often feel less bloated and a reduction in heartburn. After the first week energy levels often increase and hunger and cravings reduce. The program balances blood sugar and is suitable for diabetics. It can benefit migraine, arthritis, infertility and insomnia. It may reduce blood pressure, cholesterol and possibly associated medications.
