The Stretches You Must Know For a Tension Free Body

Mark has been a remedial massage therapist at First Things First Wellness Centre for 2 years with over 20 years of previous experience. During this time he has come across certain areas of the body that are commonly in pain.

Today Mark is showing us some simple but crucial stretches to help alleviate tension, stress and soreness in these common areas.

Self Maintenance is just as important as your massage so making sure these stretches are done regularly will help to lengthen the time needed between your massage treatments. Please be aware that all stretches should only be to the point of resistance rather than to pain.
