This is a specialised email to provide you with an understanding of our committment to ensure we play our part to manage and contain the spread of COVID-19.

The wellbeing of our clients is of utmost importance, and we have taken these steps to ensure you are still able to attend for your appointment and support our small business. Thank you for your patience and understanding in this challenging time.

Our Clinic Hygiene

Please note these Hygiene standards are adhered to regardless of the existence of COVID-19.
This includes:

  • Maintaining a high level of personal hygiene for all clinical staff (including correct washing of hands before and after each patient contact)
  • Maintaining a high level of cleanliness within the clinic
  • Regular cleaning of all clinic surfaces (especially clinic equipment, tables and chairs)
  • Regular removal of all rubbish
  • Our Detox Box Linen is disposable and one use only for ultimate hygenine
  • We have Air Purifier and Ironiser is Every Massage Room 

COVID-19 Facts

(Centre for Disease Control (CDC) Facts)

  • The virus can make anyone sick regardless of their race or ethnicity
  • Some people are at increased risk of getting COVID-19
  • People who live in, or have recently been, in an area with ongoing spread are at increased risk of exposure
  • Persons who have been in close contact with a person with confirmed COVID-19 have been advised to self-isolate for 14 days (seek leave, hiatus and avoid places of business until the full period is completed without symptoms)

 Understand the signs of COVID-19 (any of the below):

  • Fever
  • Cough
  • Shortness of breath

Seek medical advice if you:

  • Develop symptoms; AND
  • Have been in close contact with a person known to have COVID-19 or live in or have recently travelled from an area with ongoing spread of COVID-19
    NOTE: Call ahead before going to any doctor's office or emergency room. Tell them about your recent travel and your symptoms

Actions to keep yourself and others healthy

  • Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds, especially after blowing your nose, coughing, or sneezing; going to the bathroom; and before eating or preparing food
  • Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands
  • Stay at home when you are sick
  • Cover your cough or sneeze with a tissue, then throw the tissue in the bin

 

Safety in Clinic

As we are taking Added Measures:

  • Please not if you are unwell, let us know and we will postpone your appointment for 2 weeks
  • If you have done any travelling in the past month. let us know, we may enquire where and determine when you book in again.
  • We will be washing down all surfaces twice a day
  • We will also be requesting that you use hand sanitiser or wash your hands on arrival to our clinic.
  • We will me removing all Magazines from our waiting rooms and detox boxes.
  • Cards is preferred Method of Payment

 

We as natural healthcare professionals, encourage you to use preventative healthcare to ensure your own healthy immune systems with medicines and foods. There is currently nothing proven to fight against COVID-19 so utilising your own tools as a defence is the best method.
