Conditions of Sale

We accept Cash, Mastercard and Visa payments. There may be a service fee for using credit card facilities.
Title of Ownership of the goods or licences does not pass to the customer till the goods have been paid for in full and all funds cleared.
All prices given verbally, shown in our price list, promotional flyers, web site or quotations are given in good faith. However all prices and availability are subject to change.
Freight charges may be added to ordered goods costs.
Where credit/delayed payment facilities are provided, any reasonable costs associated to recover outstanding amounts (outside agreed terms) plus interest, will be charged to and payable by the customer.
There are no refunds, except as detailed in any company literature OR for delivery of unordered goods OR for unused credit vouchers (in which case a cancellation fee may be applicable)
Any order processed through the First Things First Wellness Centre website shall be deemed to be an authorised order.

Parties, Obligations and the Website

This website is owned and operated by shop First Things First Therapuetic Massage Centre Pty Ltd (ABN 16 114 834 347).
Access to some areas of the website is restricted to staff members with authorized access only. Unauthorized access is strictly prohibited.
By browsing on this website, you are providing your consent to agree to the terms and conditions in the next section. We advise everyone to read terms of use prior to browsing this website.
First Things First Wellness Centre reserves the right to amend the terms of use anytime without notice. It is the customer’s responsibility to read/check for, updated information from time to time, First Things First Wellness Centre is not liable for any issues arising due to this, whatsoever.

General Commercial Terms

This website allows customer to use the following services with an industry standard browser such as Internet Explorer 5.0+/Mozilla Firefox 1.5+ etc.  a) Provide First Things First Wellness Centre with (and accept selected) details such as dates, service tyes/products, contact details and amounts in order to allow First Things First Wellness Centre to charge specified credit card to pay for ordered services/products online.  b) The Customer must use this website solely for the above authorised purposes.
Notwithstanding anything in the Terms of Use or any other agreement between the Customer and First Things First Wellness Centre, all transactions are subject to the acceptance of First Things First Wellness Centre and no order will be deemed to be accepted by First Things First Wellness Centre until such acceptance is communicated to the Customer in email/phone/fax. If no such acceptance is received, then contact First Things First Wellness Centre immediately   First Things First Wellness Centre reserves the right to delay or cancel any transaction at any time. 
Customer may print a hard copy of the transaction result that only indicates that First Things First has received the information and may process it at a later time.  
In case of cancellations/refunds/changes, if applicable, the customer must do so by telephoning or attending the business premises of First Things First Wellness Centre and quote the details of the transaction.

Customer Responsibilities

The Customer must:  a) use this Website in accordance with the Terms of Use;  b) if under the age of 18, obtain a parent or guardian’s consent prior to using the Website.
The Customer is responsible for maintenance and supply of all their own hardware and software used to access the Website and the Internet.
The Customer must not:  a) use the Website to post or transmit any information or materials in breach of any laws or regulations;  b) use the Website to infringe another parties copyright;  c) use the Website to infringe a third party's privacy;  d) use the Website to defame, harasses, threaten, menace or offend another person;  e) post illegal, obscene, indecent, inflammatory or pornographic material or other material that could give rise to civil or criminal proceedings;  f) use the Website to send unsolicited, commercial or bulk email;  g) tamper with the settings of the Website;  h) use the Website to do anything that constitutes an offence under any law or regulation;  i) aid or assist any person to do any of the above acts.

Security

It is the Customer's responsibility to ensure that all details including all dates, contact details, email and service & product details, amounts are correct and current.
The Customer must comply and obey all instructions and directions issued to it by First Things First Wellness Centre regarding the use of the Website or membership details.

Change of the Terms of Use

These are the current Terms of Use. They replace any other terms of use for the Website. Smallbiz may at any time vary the Terms of Use by publishing the varied Terms of Use on the Website. The Customer accepts that by doing this, First Things First Wellness Centre has provided sufficient notice of the variation.
First Things First Wellness Centre reserves any rights not expressly granted in these Terms of Use.

Suspension and Termination

The Customer may stop using the Website at anytime, for any reason.
First Things First Wellness Centre may immediately suspend or limit the Customer's access to the Website if:  a) the Customer is in breach of the Terms of Use and the breach in cannot be remedied or the customer has failed to remedy breach within thirty (30) days of being notified of the breach;  b) First Things First Wellness Centre has reasonable grounds to believe that there is a real risk of loss or damage to us or another party unless First Things First Wellness Centre suspends or limit usage;  c) the law requires First Things First Wellness Centre to do so;  d) access to the Website becomes illegal;  e) there is an emergency.
The Terms of Use are effective until terminated by First Things First Wellness Centre.
First Things First Wellness Centre may terminate this agreement and the Customers Access to the Website at anytime without notice.
In the event of termination, the Customer is no longer authorised to access the Website, but all restrictions, disclaimers and limitations of liability remain enforceable.
The law in force in the State of New South Wales, Australia governs this agreement and the parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
